How it works.

    This initial phone call is an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy, discuss any challenges you're facing, ask questions, review policies and costs, and explore whether we’re a good fit for working together.

    Schedule your first session

    If we both decide to move forward, we'll schedule a session. Before we meet, you'll complete a few forms covering confidentiality, HIPAA, consent, and your basic information and history.

    Establish a therapeutic relationship

    In our first session, we'll get to know each other and set therapy goals. It's a time to see if this feels like a space where you can build trust. I typically recommend weekly sessions, then less often as progress is made.

Meet your therapist

Hi, I’m Megan! With a deep understanding of personal development, Western and Eastern thought, and holistic well-being, I specialize in empowering individuals to heal trauma and show up to life as their authentic self, and feel like their normal selves again. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands, and a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling from Prescott College with an emphasis in eco-psychology. My approach blends clinical insight and brain science with deep intuitive presence, honoring both evidence-based strategies and the soul’s wisdom.
